Making Homemade Dandelion Jelly (and How to Preserve it!)

A few days ago I was looking at the tens of thousands of dandelions in our garden and promptly decided that it was time to start batching jelly. So I grabbed my phone and began recording. I've made several video tutorials on how I make my dandelion jelly in the past and shared them on socials, but I've never done a full walkthrough that I take my time with and explain step by step of what the heck I'm doing. But alas, I finally had the quiet time to record an in-depth video on my process. It's something that I wish I had every time I see a new recipe or skill I want to try. I worked so hard on this that I thought it deserved its own blog post. Enjoy!
